Duties and Responsibilities:
- Position, join, and align quartz/granite components
- Operate a variety of hand power tools
- Load and unload materials for countertop installations
- Use stone and woodworking tools to complete installations
- Joining pieces together to make our seam flow naturally
- Hanging sinks, shimming, making sure everything is level, flush
- Keep installation truck, tools kits, and jobsite organized
- Interact with customers as needed during installation process

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for employees who:
- Have a professional work ethic
- Have the ability to lift 100+ lbs, stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. (this is a physically demanding position)
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in the finished product
- Have cabinetry and carpentry experience (are assets but not necessary)
- Have the ability to work alongside other employees and independently
- Have excellent customer service
- Are self-directed
- Have effective time management skills
- Have a clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation to and from work
- Have 2 years (minimum) job experience
