Create an amazing retail experience for walk-in customers looking to purchase a wide range of IT & electronic devices. The Clerk purchases, records, & maintains inventory for the store. During slower times of the day, staff would research products and maintain the store image (cleaning, product placement, info sheets about products, etc). Clerk would respond to phone calls, emails, and social media messages from the general public.
Shift is Monday to Friday (8:45am to 5:15pm - 1:00pm to 1:30pm Closed for Lunch) at our Port Hardy location (North Island Mall).
This starting position will advance into new areas as experience and skills are accumulated. When the store grows, you grow. Qualifications & Experience
High School diploma and higher
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Customer service skills and experience using with Point of Sale systems
Driven & able to work independently
Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
Knowledge and experience of technology and/or consumer electronics considered an asset
