Details
The position will provide administrative support to the Better at Home Program through a range of administrative and co-ordination tasks, including direct support to the Program Co-ordinator, assistance with co-ordination of volunteers, providing information to community contacts and assistance to clients.
The Administrative Support staff person will initially work from a home office until new offices are established in Campbell River, at which time the staff will be required to work from the office (the office is anticipated to be in place by late summer/early fall of 2024).

• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Office 365, including SharePoint
• Accurate, detailed records management skills
• Social media management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, caretakers and community partners
• Skilled at meeting deadlines and problem-solving
