Qualifications & Experience:
Looking for experienced HVAC technician.
Candidate will need to preform service work, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and new installed of HVAC equipment, mainly targeting heat pumps and mini splits.
Looking for Candidate to start HVAC division, able to run jobs efficiently, assist with quoting/estimating, and hiring of additional HVAC team members, as well as training new HVAC apprentices.
Must have good customer service skills, work well in a team environment, as well on ones own.

Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
HVAC: 7 years (preferred)
