Case Management Team
Our Case Managers are the highest caliber of experienced and qualified career
development professionals - all committed to working with you until you are successfully employed and assisting employers to hire a skilled workforce. Our staff provide individualized employment/career coaching, facilitate motivating, insightful workshops and provide ‘in-time’ focused job search assistance in our staffed Resource Centre.
Our Case Managers meet the core qualifications outlined by the Canadian Standards and Guidelines for Career Development Practitioners and hold Undergraduate degrees or Post-secondary diplomas or certification in related fields. Many of our staff are members in good standing or are Certified Career Development Practitioners through the BC Career Development Association or Career Development Association of Alberta and/or are Certified Human Resources Professionals with BC Human Resource Management Association. Several of our staff hold additional qualifications as a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional, Certified Assistive Technology Professional and/or Masters degrees in Counselling, Business, Human Resources, Community Economic Development and Educational Leadership.
NIEFS is also fortunate to have an amazingly talented and qualified support team that includes: Administration; Finance & Accounting; Data and Information Management; and IT.
