Must have a few years experience as a cook. Red seal is an asset but not required. We are certified to train the right candidate for ted seal certification.
Qualifications & Experience:
Prepare quality, consistent and well-presented food items, ensure all guidelines and recipes outlined from the head-chef are met and adhered. Prepare and stock for daily operation. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of the work-space and equipment. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, as part of a team or independent, on evenings and some weekends, We pay above industry average and offer social benefits.
