Bill Howich Chrysler is currently seeking a full-time or part time Receptionist/Sales Administrative Assistant (SAA). Working at the front desk of our Chrysler dealership, the Receptionist/SAA is the first point of contact for customers entering the store in person, calling in on the phone, or making an inquiry via email. As such, it is imperative that he/she is upbeat, informative, respectful, and dynamic. Reception is the hub of our dealership and it is important that the Receptionist/SAA has a strong work ethic and is committed to supporting our team and working directly with the management team.
Regular duties include (but are not limited to) the following activities:
• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Answering the phone, transferring calls, paging on the intercom or taking messages
• Working Directly with General Manager and dept. managers completing daily tasks
• Social media posting and web site maintenance
• Processing the paperwork for new vehicles coming onto the lot
• Ordering stationary and office supplies
• General office duties, such as filing, scanning, faxing, printing, etc.
• Handling incoming, outgoing and returned mail
• Working with and helping to maintain our dealership database and various online dealer portals
• Keeping the showroom tidy and organized
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Qualifications & Experience:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to follow and comprehend instructions and information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to navigate and post on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook etc..
Office experience an asset.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
Friendly and helpful attitude toward customers and co-workers.
Highly organized.
