Pilon Tool Rentals is a locally-owned and operated (since 1972) Equipment Rental company and outdoor power equipment dealer located in Courtenay. We currently have an opening for a part time office person. Hours anticipated are approx. 2-4hrs per day between the hours of 7am and 3:30pm. Perfect for a stay at home parent/guardian.
Dress is casual & hours are flexible
This job is focused on Accounts Receivable. Duties will include A/R, scanning, filing, be the back up for A/P and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
Attention to Detail
Accounting background would be an asset but we are willing to train
Must be proficient with math and computers
Ability to work well with customers both over the phone and in person
