Responsibilities:
-Provide one on one guidance and care for 1-3 school aged children, at times work in the centre with up to 12-15 children
-Liaise with parents, support staff and school board members
-Observe and document behaviours
-Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, social, and cognitive development
-Implement behaviour management techniques to encourage positive behavior and discourage negative behaviour
-Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
-Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
-Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment
-Follow established routines and schedules to provide consistency for the children
