• Maintain pricing and stock control. Manages stock levels and makes key decisions.
• Maintains inventory levels by working directly with our various vendors.
• Initiates changes to improve the store appeal.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and build strong team relationships.
• Ensure store compliance with all federal health and safety regulations.

Beachcombers General Store Supervisor
The store supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, create store policies and marketing programs. The ideal candidate will maintain high store standards and conditions and create a fun and positive work environment.
