What you’ll do:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible to ensure customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to company policies, procedure and standards.
- Provides customer service and maintains positive customer relations through the proper handling of questions, comments and complaints.
- Orders, receives and displays merchandise as directed.
- Processes register transactions, refunds and returns, activates gift cards.
- Stocks, faces and rotates product on shelves, ensuring display presentation and proper stock levels are maintained.
- Cleans spills and display fixtures to ensure a neat and organized store is maintained
- Ensures sales floor and back stock are area clean of cardboard and debris.
- Ensure the proper care, use and maintenance of equipment and tools; reports repair requirement to the store manager.
- Handles merchandise ensuring quality, minimizing damages and markdowns, ensures price integrity including price changes.
- Promotes the prevention of robbery and violence in the workplace.
- Performs and follows all aspects of cash handling policies and procedures.
- Performs all aspects of opening and closing duties.

- You have a grade 12 education or acceptable combination of education and experience
- You have strong math skills and basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- You are a team player with strong communication skills
- You are physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- You may require Propane Certification and/or FoodSafe
