The benefit of this is that we provide apprenticeship training, college education and are looking to build the next generation of Master Journeyman Tradesmen, not just carpenters but fully rounded builders capable of all the new changes in the industry. There is always a new thing to learn on our sites and there is laughter and comraderie, but the craftsmanship always comes first.
