Details:
This position is to cover an 18 month maternity leave, starting with training as soon as possible. Wage is based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Entering invoices, paying suppliers in a timely manner, and reconciling account statements.
- Balancing and maintaining accurate ledgers.
- Semi-monthly payroll processing.
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Reconciling bank accounts.
- Maintain intercompany transactions.
- Prepare tax returns.
- Other duties as seen fit.
Qualifications & Experience:
The qualified candidate must have the capabilities to work well alone, and with repetitive tasks while keeping the utmost attention to detail.
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy person for this position.
This person must have a minimum 1 year bookkeeping experience, with sage accounting experience considered an asset.
