The Campbell River Youth Soccer Association (CRYSA) has begun a candidate search for the key position of Administrator. The Administrator is the Manager and the "Face of CRYSA", and as such works with the (volunteer) Board of Directors, Parents, Coaches, Technical Director, City and Business contacts.

This is a contract position incorporating an hourly billing rate of $30/hr. Work hours are flexible and vary throughout the year based on the seasonal activities within CRYSA. Work locations are also flexible utilizing home office, the dedicated office space in the Rotary Community Fieldhouse, and on occasion the CRYSA Clubhouse.

CRYSA recognizes this is a unique position. Orientation to the position will be provided and accompanied by ongoing support from experienced Board Members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Quality business and individual communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to maintain the CRYSA Website;
- Experience with on-line registration/payment programs;
- Good financial acumen (i.e. processing invoices, direct deposit banking, etc.);
- Quality organizational, time management and prioritization skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
- Reliable transportation.
