Mitchell & Spencer Accountants is looking for a part-time office clerk to assist with general administrative tasks.
Tasks include:
• Organizing and filing confidential documents
• Scanning, emailing, faxing
• Preparing outgoing mail
• Answer calls and greet customers
• Data entry
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Employer is flexible and this position can be easily combined with other work/home responsibilities. Must be reliable, pay attention to detail, be able to work with little or no supervision, multi-task and prioritize.
A candidate with hands on bookkeeping using Sage 50 or personal income tax preparation experience can increase their position seasonally or permanently, depending on experience.
