Details:
CPA firm seeking permanent, full-time office administrator for our Campbell River office.
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Receiving emails and acting upon them as needed
- General office management such as maintaining office supply levels
- Basic data processing and filing
- Working closely with staff to support productivity and strong customer service
Qualifications & Experience:
Skills required:
- Punctuality
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management with adherence to strict deadlines
- Positive, adaptable and organized
