- We are currently seeking a part time or full time administrative assistant to join our accounting office.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and filing statutory documents and scheduling meetings, as well as other administrative duties.
Our company has been providing financial services to Campbell River and the surrounding area for more than fifty years. Several of our team have been with us for their entire careers. We offer a flexible work schedule and offer a benefit package after a brief initiation period.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- Previous experience in accounting, law, insurance, banking, medical office, or insolvency is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
