Qualifications & Experience:
We are currently looking for an energetic, positive natured person to complement our chef and join our incredible team.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining sanitation
- Cooking at high revenue times
- Maintaining communication with Front of House team
- Setting up daily/weekly specials to eliminate waste
- Ordering, stocking and keeping all food areas in order
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a sous chef
- Leadership skills
- Excellent time management
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques
- Able to modify recipes to suit guests request/needs
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Has a can do attitude
