Details:
The Kitchen work area is very small so you must be okay with being in tight proximity to other employees.
The applicant must be kind and considerate to other employees first and foremost.
Will not tolerate substance abuse issues or any kind of rude or bullying behavior. Both of these will result in early termination.
Qualifications & Experience:
5 years plus line cook with supervision experience.
Ability to quickly and accurately produce high volume pub style food.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a kind attitude and respect for all other employee's.
Ability to work two days of the week without the chef's presence and continue the excellence and productivity the members deserve.
Ability to work with the Chef on special occasions to produce high quality food entree's, appetizers and desserts for up to 150 members.
Ability to create delicious daily specials for the members.
Ability to create homemade aoli's, sauces, stocks and soups.
