As a Hotel Group Marketing and Media Coordinator, you understand the importance of helping the Operations Managers and the Company with various tasks, and will be ready when called upon time sensitive tasks.

The Marketing and Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of all marketing, promotions, advertising, social media and events for the company's hotel assets, and is to maximize occupancies and revenue through marketing and media.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Support in the creation of the marketing plan in conjunction with the hotel group Operations Manager
Support and initiate the development of marketing communications and promotional materials to the public and target audiences
Act as the internal marketing lead, and assist company with all marketing endeavors
Manage company hotel assets including logos, photography, video, print files, etc.
Manage social media platforms, including communications on a daily basis in accordance with the content calendar
Help with website design and creation
Help with graphic design, and creation
Manage email databases and customer contact information
Update company websites including text and image changes, creating landing pages and event pages
Support all in-house marketing events
Follow up with all marketing and media projects
To travel to other hotel properties from time to time
Other tasks as assigned by the management
Pay & Career Benefits:
Starting pay is $16 - 18 per hour, and will depend on experience, and performance
