We (Discovery Community College) currently have an opening in our Campbell River campus for a dynamic individual to join our team in an administrative role.
This position will be full time – exact schedule will be agreed upon.
The duties required for this positions include, but not limited to:
- Multi-line switchboard operation
- Extensive filing and file archiving/organizing
- Data entry
- Managing some administrative tasks independently
This position will allow the successful applicant to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, use good judgment, and manage an administrative workload.
