Human Resources and Accounts Payable Administrator
090 Builders Group Inc. is a growing company and has been in business since 2012. We are proud to be an industry leader in the Framing Industry. We have been framing across Western Canada and the Northwest Territories. We are committed to providing excellent service to our valued customers and an exciting and positive workplace to our team members.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an eager and talented individual to join our Administration team as an HR & AP Administrator, working within our Corporate Head office located in Campbell River , British Columbia.
You are a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, excellent organization skills and are often referred to as a dependable individual. You have the experience to back up your past success and are no stranger to working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail with a high level of speed and accuracy. Your organizational skills shine through in how you manage your workflow and you are in search of a career opportunity
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
New Hire Screening send new hire packages and process new hire packages.
Maintain a in sync relationship with or logistics team to meet new hire requirements.
Maintain all manual and computerized employee files, ensuring that all information is current.
Process employee and sub performance reviews.
Formal Letters when required
Processing invoices,
Document matching,
Researching and resolving discrepancies,
Supplier statement reconciliation,
Data entry
Backup for Accounts Receivable and Payroll

Experience/Education that may help:
Experience using accounting software
Experience in Human Resources
Secondary education in Business Administration
Minimum Grade 12 education required
Experience using Microsoft Office, with good excel skills
Appropriate training will be provided for the right candidate
