- 0-40 hours weekly

- Must be physically fit and able to lift 25 lbs +
- Must be able to operate push & ride on lawn mower
- Must be able to operate gas power weed whipper
- Must be able to operate pressure washer
- Will be responsible for landscaping, gardens, parking lots. example: sweeping, pulling alders trees, weeding flower beds.
