College diploma in: Early Childhood Certificate or Diploma or ECE Aide Certificate

· Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Pre-School/or Daycare setting an asset.
· Excellent problem solving, supervision skills.
· Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
· Communication skills, both written and oral
· Maintains professional standards of practice.
· Ability to work in team environment and with families.
· Cultural Sensitivity to children's needs.
· Develop and to deliver age-appropriate programming.
· First aide certification
· Criminal Record check
· Valid driver's license
