Looking for a highly organized individual who is available to work part time during the week.

Successful candidate will be responsible for all accounting and bookkeeping functions, as well as helping with phones and customers when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• CRA Filings & Payments
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliation
• Payroll
• Cash Management
• Other Basic Admin Duties
• Customer Service – assisting with the phones and helping the sales associates with
customers during busy times.

Covid Precautions include:
Social Distancing
Masks required
Plexiglass Barriers
Only 2 customers in the store at a time.
Enhanced cleaning procedures.
Qualifications & Experience: 
Must have recent Sage accounting software experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Former Accounting Experience
• Customer Service Experience an asset
