Learn to use in house inventory labeling software- Attention to details- Work with dock crew to grade a variety of fish species and accurately capture the net weight of the species an fulfill trucking orders- Work w/ processing crew to tally the in weights of process, documenting multiple species, lot numbers & weights- Work with Cold Storage crew to tally frozen receiving, documenting multiple species, lot numbers & weights, while recording items such as consumables- Timely generate reports at the end of the day, reconciling weights- Organize paperwork, while sending customers pertinent documents in a timely fashion- Filing of paperwork- other duties as required.
