Steve Marshall Ford is looking for a Lube Tech!!
The successful applicant will have experience with servicing, oil and filter change, tire maintenance and minor auto maintenance work. They will be customer orientated, punctual and use their time wisely in the work place. We offer competitive wages and benefits after 6 months.
Job Duties
Communicates with Service advisors about vehicle problems
Maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers
Answers customer questions about their service
Displays extensive knowledge about products and services
Ensures customer vehicle is finished on time and details for customer services rendered and costs for those services, ensuring satisfaction at every step of interaction
Communicates with technicians about vehicle statuses, and ensures that vehicles will be ready for customer on time
Liaises with Service Advisor about parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available when vehicle repairs require them, and communicates any time restrictions to customers in timely manner
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of service department
Must have a valid drivers license
Service Advisor Skills and Qualifications
Previous Experience in Vehicle Service Department, Knowledge of Vehicle Parts and Services, Computer Skills, Customer-Facing Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Team Management, Enthusiastic Attitude, Self-Motivated
