Details:
Perform passenger checkin procedures; pre-boarding assistance and provide assistance to passengers that need a little help; ensure all guest baggage is tagged and properly identified; make announcements including boarding calls, flight updates, delays and paging guests; collect payment, handle cash and complete Daily Sales Report; Perform and uphold Cascadia Airways Customer Care Commitments to both internal and external customers; issue tickets, prepare boarding passes and prepare updated manifests for all flights and any other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Must be able to work with minimal supervision; strong customer service skills; proven data entry skills; able to work independently as well as part of a team; attention to detail; able to deal with people diplomatically and professionally at all times; able to lift up to 50lbs; strong work ethic and positive attitude; let your happiness shine.
