Details:
Raleigh Fire Safety is seeking a Full-Time Fire Safety Technician to add to the team. The Technician performs all service and testing activities as assigned, and ensures that all service calls are completed according to the prescribed guidelines and processes. The Technician at times may need to assist on Installations. Additionally, the Technician is required to complete assigned paper work and billing materials within the allocated time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspection and service activities on some or all of the following depending on previous experience and qualifications: Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lights, Kitchen Suppression Systems, Co2 Systems, Fire Alarms, Sprinkler Systems, etc.
• Responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality work.
• Evaluate and diagnose equipment that requires servicing as well as troubleshoot problems
• Provide specific solutions and recommendations to customers on the most efficient and cost-effective methods to return equipment to working order.

Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements and Skills:
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
• Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 40lbs and climb ladders and scaffolding
• Possess a valid and clean motor vehicle license
• Customer service focused with ability to adapt to changing customer needs
• You have a desire to problem-solve and help the customer meet their needs.
• You demonstrate a professional and pleasant attitude when faced with a frustrated customer
• Basic computer skills are a requirement
