Details:
Osprey Electric Campbell River is looking for a long-term Admin Assistant to join our team.
The position will be Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30, $17.00 hr.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to: filing, data entry, processing payables & AR invoices, ordering supplies, and other tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of 1 years' administrative experience; experience in a construction environment is an asset.
• Superior organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment with changing priorities
• Competent in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic Accounting & AR knowledge.
