We currently have an opening for an Office Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Office Manager works with confidential athlete and parent information and adheres to all relevant guidelines.
Previous leadership experience is an asset, with a strong work history demonstrating administrative, compliance, and interpersonal skills.
Bookkeeping experience is a necessity. The ability to work with Quickbooks is considered an asset.
Applicants should be supportive, with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
This is a full-time position of 40/hrs per week – Schedule to be determined.

Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must:
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel,) and be able to use g-mail.
• Be able to pay attention to details, establish priorities and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Maintain composure and effectiveness when working under deadlines and frequent change to priorities.
• Be a collaborative team player, and yet able to work independently.
• Be detail-oriented and very thorough in the collection and recording of information.
• Highly organized.
• Communicate regularly with team and adhere to schedules.
