We (Discovery Community College) currently have an opening in our Campbell River campus for an individual to join our dynamic team as a Campus Operations Manager.
The Campus Operations Manager works with confidential student and College information and adheres to all DCC, PTIB and relevant government guidelines.
Previous leadership experience is an asset, with a strong work history demonstrating administrative, compliance and interpersonal skills.
Applicants should be supportive with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
This is a full-time position of 40/hrs per week – exact schedule to be determined.

Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must:
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) and be able to work with customized database software.
• Be able to pay attention to details, establish priorities and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Maintain composure and effectiveness when working under deadlines and frequent change to priorities.
• Be a collaborative team player, yet able to work independently.
• Be detail oriented and very thorough in the collection and recording of information.
• Highly organized.
• Communicate regularly with team and adhere to schedules.
