Details:
Must be available for some weekends and holidays.
Duties include:
- Preparing, cooking, baking, and serving meals and snacks, including those for special dietary needs and special occasions, in accordance with safety and health standards and the menu plan.
- Supervising activities of servers and bussers.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of cooking facilities and equipment.
- Reviewing the meal preparation needs of the facility.
- Assisting in maintaining an inventory of food and other related items.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Negative TB test results
- Criminal Record Check as per Association policy
- Completed Physicians Approval of Health.
- Food Safe Certificate Level 2 is required.
- Must have the ability to work as a productive and interactive team member, to deal effectively and calmly in crisis situations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be physically fit, willing and able to meet all physical demands of the job.
