We are currently looking to hire an administration personnel to cover a Full Time Position Medical Leave which may turn into a Full Time Permanent Position.
The duties of this position may include but not be limited to:
-Answering phones, booking and dispatching jobs
-Renting Storage Containers
-Estimating
-Booking Flights, Hotels, Ferries
-Monitor and Maintain Office Equipment including ordering replacement Supplies
-Create, update and maintain Personnel Records
-Purchase Training Courses for Employees
-Keeping Records and Filing
-Manage the Catch Basin Cleaning Program
-Must be a Team Player
Qualifications & Experience:
-Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)
-Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Organized and able to prioritize
-Self Starter
-Detail and Goal Oriented
