Details:
Covering Maternity leave for a minimum of 1 year and potential for permanent employment.
CRM/Database Management - Build, implement and manage all systems for Client management including sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, and information management.
Coordinating showings and appointments.
Creating and maintaining filing systems, data entry.
Dealing with telephone calls, messages, and email inquiries.
Updating website and managing software systems.
Creating and preparing marketing material and maintaining social media presence.
Preparing and processing contracts and other documents.
Qualifications & Experience:
Administrative experience preferred.
Candidates will have good computer skills, be detail oriented, and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
As well be able to meet deadlines and prioritize, multi task, and be a self-starter with time management & organizational skills.
