Wahkash Contracting is looking for a motivated and organized individual to assist our office team in coordinating crews and deliveries, maintaining crew trucks, and providing general office support such as answering phones, data entry, and filing.
The successful incumbent must excel at taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, managing time and multitasking. Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required. A Valid BC Driver’s License is required. Accounts Payable experience is an asset.
Major responsibilities include:
Answering phones and inquiries;
Coordinating parts pick up, deliveries, and ordering;
Submitting grocery orders and grocery order pick up;
Organizing and maintaining crew trucks;
Organizing crew changes;
Accounts Payable data entry and filing;
General office duties as required.
