Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the NPF Human Resources Manager (HRM) the Human Resources Assistant assists and provides clerical and administrative support in the delivery of Non Public Funds (NPF) Human Resources (HR) services including but not limited to research, data entry, and compilation, record keeping, creating presentations and reports, photocopying, correspondence, mass mailing distribution and follow-up.
She/he provides customer service to clients and provides response to HR and payroll related inquiries and complaints.
She/he prepares reports, presentations and provides information to staff regarding policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications:
College diploma in Human Resource Management, Business administration, Accounting, or related field AND some years of experience in Human Resource or Office Administration
OR
High school diploma AND several years of experience in Human Resource or Office Administration
Language Requirement: English Essential
