Details:
Cleaning, replenishing amenities and tidying of guest room check outs, stay overs and common areas in a well presented manner to ensure customer satisfaction during their stay.
Attending to guest rooms with a high standard of cleanliness.
Overall tidying of hotel and property daily.
Interacting with customers in a friendly, helpful and respectful manner.
Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
Proper handling of lost and found items.
Laundry duties.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must be detail oriented, possess strong organization and time management skills.
Take pride in a job well done.
Able to work in a fast paced and physically demanding environment.
Able to work alone and with other staff members to achieve a common goal.
Previous experience is an asset.
Must be available for 8 hour shifts, weekends and holidays during the peak season.
