Details:
Reporting to the Vessel Skippers, you will be responsible for all deckhand duties aboard the well boat, assisting in
moving fish and providing support services to area farms.
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and organization of Deck.
• Cleaning and sanitization of work and fish handling areas.
• Engine room maintenance.
• Cooking and cleaning.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications:
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to train under engineer.
• STCW basic Marine Safety or ability to obtain this in a timely manner.
• Ability to cook for crew and oversee galley duties.
• Highly organized, with good time management skills.
• Team player with developed communications skills and interpersonal abilities including conflict resolution.
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a high intensity, physically demanding project related
environment.
• Ability to perform shift work, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off schedule.
