We are currently seeking an experienced and diverse Office Manager who will also be responsible for Administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following duties:
Accounts payable/receivable,
preparing and submitting bank deposits/bank deposit forms, etc.
Microsoft Office suite,
petty cash reconciliation,
Must have a knowledge of Trust accounts,
Must have knowledge of physical and digital file structures and maintenance.
Must be adaptable and be comfortable with computers. There is an in-depth medical software that you will be trained on how to use.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven ability in Bookkeeping.
Proven ability in Office Management.
Any experience with our Senior population will be an asset.
