Details:
The Receptionist/Backup Payroll Admin & A/P will be responsible for answering calls, and receiving and assisting customers.
This position is also responsible for providing backup for Payroll and Accounts Payable.

Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- One year certificate from college or business school preferred
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge as it relates to Accounts Payable and Payroll
- Good knowledge and display of telephone etiquette
- Good organizational skills
- Accurate keyboarding skills with good speed
- Excellent customer relations skills
