Details:
Permanent Full-Time position. Responsible for all Administrative duties between departments, keeping the front office organized, and helping out when needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
DATA ENTRY:
• Enter data to open all jobs.
• Enter material lists used to calculate job expenses.
• Enter detailed information on to customer spreadsheets.
• Other detailed data entry as required.
INVOICING
• Process all Shop and Parts department invoices.
• Process all Shop and Parts department Credits.
• Scan, date and email customer invoices.
• Other detailed invoicing as required.
ADMINISTRATION
• Use of a multi-lined switchboard
• Making Coffee and keeping area clean
• General tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Office.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Able to address multiple priorities.
