Qualifications & Experience:
Master degree in Speech-Language Pathologist an asset
Experience and /or commitment to working in a family centered, collaborative service model
Experience giving formal and informal assessments, interrupting results, develop recommendation
Communication skills, both written and oral
Effective planning and organizational skills
Maintains confidentiality and professional standards of practise
Ability to work in multi disciplinary early intervention team and with children & families
Cultural Sensitivity to children's and family needs
Must have ability to maintain case records
Eligible for certification with Speech- Language & Audiology Canada (SAC) and BCASLPA
First aide certification, computer skills
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
