We are looking for a competent Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.
A great asset for a Logistics Coordinator is their communication and negotiation skills. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.
Responsible for the master plan or purchases, planning and projection of inventories. Must create and maintain a control panel with monthly metrics of stocks, planning, purchase prices and internal and external service levels.
Work with the Operations Manager in the generation of a company inventory policy that guarantees minimum coverage according to warehouse capacities, defining inventory rotation and ensure stock cleanliness and transparency between the physical stock and the system stock.
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations. Works in transportation or warehousing of goods. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
5+ years' purchasing, warehousing and/or administrative responsibilities.
Experience with MPS/MPR systems linked to the ERP platform
