Details:
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Director is a key member of the District leadership team and will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Recreation & Community Services Department along with providing support to community service groups. The Director will have a strong understanding of recreation operations, facility maintenance and programming. This position requires the ability to hold other accountable in a manner that supports personal development and grows a positive work culture.
