You will be responsible for:
-Enhancing executives’ effectiveness by providing information management support
-Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
-Conserving executive time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
-Coordinating & booking travel arrangements
-Organizing and coordinating all conference calls & webinars
-Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
-Organizational memo distribution and meeting organization
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position has:
-Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), organizational, problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
-Exceptional reporting and presentation skills, scheduling, and organization skills
-Superb knowledge of travel logistics
-Ability to exercise initiative, diplomacy and discretionary judgment
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet required deadlines
-Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced work environment
-Time management skills and strong attention to detail
