We currently have an opening in our Campbell River campus for an individual to join our growing team as a Receptionist / Campus Coordinator.
Applicants should be collaborative and supportive with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
This is a full-time position (exact schedule to be confirmed)

Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must:
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) and be able to work with customized database software.
• Be able to pay attention to details, establish priorities and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Maintain composure and effectiveness when working under deadlines and frequent change to priorities.
• Be a collaborative team player, yet able to work independently.
• Be detail oriented and very thorough in the collection and recording of information.
• Highly organized.
• Communicate regularly with team and adhere to schedules.
• Be proficient on a multi-line switchboard, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
