Are you the type of person that enjoys challenges and can lead the charge independently? Sky-Hi Scaffolding is looking for a full time Office Administrator. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Billing Administrator will be responsible for driving the billing and collection process and is the main point of contact for customers interacting with the business.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain job files and liase with the sales team to manage customer projects and ensure compliance with supplier requirements
• Issue invoices, process payments and follow up on customer inquiries as required
• Maintain customer files and review customer credit applications and perform credit checks as required
• Process vendor invoices and ensure appropriate approvals provided
• Prepare monthly financial summaries to support the branch manager and sales team
• Other ad-hoc analysis and office administration as required
Qualifications & Experience:
• You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working in a dynamic and growing business
• You have 2+ years in an office administration role
• You have excellent attention to detail
• You are proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc)
