Details:
Must be able to perform all reception duties, including, but not limited to: answering phones, booking appointments, invoicing, admitting and discharging patients, selling product, and client education. Some assistant duties may be required, as needed, such as: animal restraint, assisting with radiographs and surgical preparation, preparing prescriptions, instrument sterilization and various ongoing cleaning tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in a Veterinary clinic is preferred but willing to train the right individual. Applicant must be mature, personable, hard working, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. The ability to deal with the public calmly in stressful situations and be a dependable team player is of the utmost importance.
