Job Description & Duties:
Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Program Coordinator oversees and coordinates general day to day operations for the program and supervises a small group of staff. Carrying out other related duties including, but not limited to, such things as reporting, scheduling, and general office procedures. Including wage, NICSS has an attractive benefits package after the successful completion of a probationary period.

Have strong initiative. Strong team building and interpersonal skills. Proven communication skills (oral, written, and listening). Strong attention to detail. Highly organized. Competent in word processing. Must be flexible and have ability to multi-task under pressure. Ability to work well independently or within a team environment. Ability to deal with confidential information. Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. Ability to prioritize, and to be self-motivated.
Experience:
A certificate and/or equivalent combination of training and experience in supervision and program coordination. Experience with CLBC programs and/or working with persons with disabilities an asset.
Certificates Required:
Valid Driver's License and clean abstract.
Clean Ministry of Justice Criminal Records Check within the last 6 months.
Level 1 first aid w/CPR.
